7 different conditioners and their uses: #1 Instant conditioners

1. Instant conditioners:

You know those conditioners you can walk into the dollar store and grab? Well, this is called an instant conditioner. It is used as a light conditioner that you would normally wash out after application, but it also could be left in your hair to give it hair that added softness and slip. This type of conditioner is most often, best suited for people with fine or oily hair types. The most important thing is they wash off very clean so it'll ensure that you are being left with a clean scalp. However, we need to be aware of this type of conditioner, because it is not meant to be used or substituted as a deep conditioner, but more as a 'pick me up'. Instant conditioners does nothing to support our hair growth. However, if you work out or sweat a lot and decide to wash your hair 2 times a week, I'd suggest for example washing it once using an instant conditioner and then doing a deep treatment at the end of the week. You always want to make sure you deep condition once a week, a thicker conditioning treatment will actually nourish the hair strands and keep it nourished through out the week. If you are using a light/instant conditioner every single week it will take a toll on your hair and leave it a dry, brittle mess because of lack of hydration and moisture.
